POLICY STATEMENT

The Partners in support of their concern for the environment will ensure that the policy that Davie & McCulloch is actively involved in responds to any challenge that is demanded in the sphere of operations.

As an organisation and as design engineers we aim to :

Meet and if possible exceed the requirements of all relevant environmental legislation and regulations. Raise our engineers’ environmental awareness when considering various design options and specifications. Produce design solutions that conserve national resources including energy, water and raw materials. Encourage the specification of recyclable products and equipment with a reduced environmental impact.

Where it is possible under any commission to select materials and products that have a sympathetic impact on their surroundings and the development of any designs to reduce waste and the consumption of resources, this will be encouraged.
