STATEMENT
It
is our policy as an employer to comply with our statutory

is our practice not to treat one group of people less
favourably than others because of their colour, race,
nationality, or ethnic origin in relation to decisions

We observe
as far as possible the commission for Race Equality’s Code of
Practice for employment approved by Parliament in 1983, which
gives practical guidance on the elimination of racial discrimination
and the promotion of opportunity in employment, including steps
that are to encourage members of ethnic minorities to apply
for jobs or take up training opportunities.
Our policy
is to employ and promote both technical and administrative staff
based on merit and the effort applied in achieving company objectives.
Employees
or applicants for vacancies within our organisation shall not
be treated any less favourably than others on the grounds of
sex, marital status, race, national origin, colour or religious
belief.
