Quality Management System

POLICY STATEMENT Davie & McCulloch is a Consultancy /Partnership specialising in Mechanical and Electrical Building Services and Planning Supervisor Services to the public and private sectors. The Partnership places particular emphasis upon quality, reliability, expertise and capability. The objective of the Partnership management is to provide these services in a manner which complies with contractual and regulatory requirements.

The conformance of work to these requirements is verified from evidence obtained by monitoring and regular internal auditing.

The Partnership has established an efficient and effective Management System, planned and developed to ensure the complete satisfaction of the Client. This system takes account of the requirements of ISO 9001 : 1994.

The documentation describes how the System is designed to ensure that all requirements are recognised and that a consistent and uniform control of these requirements is adequately established and maintained.

The requirements and obligations of the System’s Procedures are mandatory and shall apply to all staff in a Quality Management working environment.

To ensure that this Policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels, the Partnership shall institute a suitable training programme.

The overall management of the System shall be the responsibility of the Quality Manager who shall report directly to the Partners.
