Appointed by Ogilvie Construction, Davie and McCulloch are carrying out the full M+E design services for 2No. new build Community Custodial Units (CCU’s) for Scottish Prison Service.

The CCU’s address the reintegration and resettlement of women into the community, and reduce the risk of further offending and consequent return to prison.

All of the buildings are fully modelled using our Building Information Modelling software (Revit) to BIM Level 2.

Detailed energy and natural ventilation analyses were carried out from the outset of each project to ensure the buildings provided maximum efficiency and optimum environmental conditions.
